The Idaho Japan Business Council was created to be a bridge between Japanese business and Idaho business. This organization works to introduce Japanese and Idaho businesses for possible business opportunities.
This organization is sponsored by the Honorary Consul General of Japan in Idaho. Everyone who is interested in developing business relations between Idaho and Japan is welcome to join. Our main job is to provide a bridge between Japanese and American businesses.

The Honorary Consul General of Japan in Idaho, Nic Kawaguchi, assists the Consular Office of Japan in Portland in the protection of Japanese interests in southern Idaho. The Honorary Consul General’s role is to deepen the mutual understanding and friendship between the United States and Japan and to further strengthen regional ties with Japan.

Based in Idaho, Fox Global Advisory combines local networks with experience in business development, executive support, project coordination, economic development, and professional communication. The service goes beyond translating words. It helps Japanese and U.S. participants understand each other clearly and move conversations toward practical next steps.
